When Nick Stiles was looking for a career change, he considered what makes him passionate. His thoughts? Making people happy, any way he can, which is key for a successful career in realty. “I’ve always had an interest in real estate, it seemed like an exciting field to get into,” he said.
His gut instinct was right on. “What I like the most about this job is finding the right home for the right people,” he said. “I love to see how happy people are when they find their dream home. It’s hard to describe the feeling you get when you’ve helped someone with such an important decision and then seeing the smile on their face when it’s all done.”
Nick, who has an associate’s degree in Business Management, was introduced to Steve Rovithis by Drew Snook from Homestead Mortgage, which has worked extensively with Rovithis Realty.
“I had interviewed with other companies but decided to go with Rovithis Realty because Steve was talking about things that other companies were not even thinking about yet,” Nick said. “Steve blew my mind with his industry knowledge as well as his vision for the future.”
“If you are not passionate about what you do, it shows,” Steve said. “Nick has a real passion for this industry. I know he is committed to learning the intricacies of this business so that he can serve more people and serve them well.”
“This company is young and vibrant but also very professional,” Nick said. “While other companies are kind of stagnant in their growth, Rovithis Realty is growing and always with an eye for the future.”
Nick is looking ahead at his career as well. While he’s in the early stages as an agent, this father of one has an entrepreneurial spirit that will lead him to success. He’s inspired by the athlete Tim Tebow who never gives up on his dreams. This is why Nick’s advice to new agents is for them to keep their heads up. “Times can get tough, but as long as you stay strong and roll with the punches, you can come out on top!” he said.
